why our community its getting lower?

Reasons why community getting lover:

1) RO is old game and its a private server ( i heard official RO is free to play now? Most new ppl go there.)

2) Vets are bored of pvp/woe, and leaving game.

3) New ppl are bored of farming to compete with vets in pvp/woe, and leaving.

4) If we want to compete with other private servers, we need latest updates,quests, content. And more "exclusive" features for our server.

5) Most ppl in game are afkers, so finding a party for new player is nearly impossible.

6) Still ( even after ad shop price update) huge prices for high end gears.

(Abekki went to PvP and get harassed. Abekki went for Poring Wars but no one was there. Abekki accidentally talked to Maroll Officer and got lost.)
(He wanted to have fun *yes you play a game to have fun* and so far he found none. After all, hes just a newbie. Of course, having 1k damage per hit with 190 attackspeed has always been his dreams but is it possible for him?)

and we need more event I guess? Like Monster of the Week (extra exp and include some rare drop along from a certain monster for that whole week). It would really help new players  to lvling and also encourages player to go to other places to lvling/farming zeny other than niff/prison
With this, they might find new and fun way to make zeny and lvling that they never think of.

I still think it would help the server a lot if they made changes to help low tier players grind for gear faster but not effect how fast high tier players get gear but unfortunately that isn't a priority right now.

No but I know that isn't one of them.  Would you mind saying what they are right now.  One guess is your updating Nidhogger instance right now as someone mentioned the eAthena code for it was released recently.  I also remember you mentioning that you were working on dailies.

to scare a newbie all you got to say is  you get this stuff by grinding 6-10hours a day for a few months and voila, you have a sprite

Maybe it's because lack of things for 'low level' characters?

There's NT/non-SQI WoE, Poring War, etc but they still dominated by high level players (80-90++).
Lower level player almost get nothing to do other than killing mobs until they are able to compete with older players or maybe joining in some minigames/event which is quite rare. Such thing is really boring (I'm lucky that I have friends that play here, as well as a nice guild invited me)  

I'm thinking a battle like poring war for lower level (30-39,40-49, etc) and they earn some exp for participating and some coins (like in PW) that give some equip/items that is reasonable for them. New players need variation too

why?? well, I have seen GM and PR team's effort for long time....
maybe we got fewer events than in animaRO time but no problem about that

I must say that players don't explore this game... newbie only play in prison or niff and then buy some leech and ads... after that buy SQI and kaho.... join PvP and then quit
I have seen some of vets efforts to join some events and quests and it's fun! but some players are just abandon the community and play by themselves

The reason why I don't really like to help the newbie is because they only want your money and items... they don't want advices or anything... I have met some new players like that and only seducing the vets players... that's why some vets also don't like to help them (well, we are working hard...!)
well, they are immature players so I can't say much but please don't just give them some items or moneys... help them to level or give them advice is the best solution

Reviving the mainchat is a good idea... at least I can see some activities in the game...
maybe more events will attract this new players to be more active and socialize (I like sakura events so much... lol)

I want to see 2000 players again in this server everytime I play....

Hmm, i think we just really lack the Social element...
No one talks anymore. >_> i can sit in pront for an hour, walk away, come back an hour later, look through the Chat Window,
and not see a single convo that doesn't involve trading, buying, and selling.

Then every1 just starts throwing insults at each other and by the end of it everyone threatens each other with reports and

I agree.
HOWEVER, there is only so much we can do.
I, as a Vet, WANT to use the gear i have worked for and I want to have fun so I should be entitled to that.
ALSO, i'd love to partner up with "noobies" for woe [Restricted]. I see no problem with that.
You meet new people, help each other, and become friends... Infact, this is something that I really REALLY want.
But its so hard to meet new ACTIVE players.. >.<
Just meeting a new and active player is difficult...

Maybe we just need more events to attract players....

He joined in on the Seasonal Event and WORKED for the items there, (like the rest of us).
in the end he got a jewel box, got a necklace[1] and made 10m. In his first 2 weeks on the server.
and i'd be willing to bet that during that event he met new players, leveled up, and became attracted to the game
enough that he still plays or at least played for a while.
Just after 2 weeks.

I've seen his screenie and to be frank, not everyone is as lucky as him. Yeah I've seen his screenie. In fact, we don't have seasonal events that often, about 2 major events per annum to be exact.

Some people claim they saw a lot of new people coming in, what they don't know is that there are a lot of people leaving as well, newbies and vets.
