Oo surely there is someone on this site that is fluent in Tagalog and English and is kind enough to dedicate some time to helping her Oo. Has someone already done this but was unable to help further? I know someone was trying but it seems odd that nothing would come of it.

This is lolable. From the people who forgot what punctuation is to the people thinking that saying "this person is the nicest EVAR!!!11one" will affect anything, to the disgruntled old vets like me who are rolling in our socks laughing at this debacle that should have been closed on page one. Good luck getting it fixed, kiddies. I'll continue to watch and laugh silently at my monitor for the duration. Ah.. RO Dramas. They never change.

I'd buy English lessons first so people can understand me.

I know MANY Philippine people and I must say, their English is perfect.
Perhaps they don't teach you English over there and my friends are just smart.

P.S: I've been banned on plenty of forums and servers.
It just gets more fun every time.

I know English well, but that doesn't mean everyone in my country does. Her not knowing English isn't a reason as to why she shouldn't get her account back.

Let me remind you, this is a English server. We don't have multilingual staff members, I only noticed that Talis knows some languages.

It's not a reason why she shouldn't but it's hard for staff to communicate to someone who hardly knows English.
