Purchases on the new system go through instantly thats what it says and i don't have the item

Did your ads go down? If not then there must have been an error while processing, reorder your doppelganger.

Send in a support ticket under the category "Donation" and put in the subject link "Undelivered Item Shop Purchases" and put in the ticket:

Date you purchased the item
Transaction ID#

This tends to happen if you try to log in too quickly, so next time just wait a minute or two and then log in.
