just found it and got the beginner weapon through that quest

.... not going to say where it is, but kirek is right, it's on one easy spot

but if kirek wanted for people to know about the location, she would've said herself. I think GMs want to keep the npc semi hidden so we actually pass through the job change quest. (same shit honestly, but wtv)
