Can anybody please tell where i can find this NPC?

I want to level my Acolyte from job lvl 42 to 50 T.T

At least it's just a NEWBIE weapon and not a "damn i have to prevent outspreading that ultra mega strong weapon or everybody is gonna be better than me - weapon" $:-\$

Can you tell me the NPC location to get them?
I already talk with kafra NPC in aldebaran, but I can't found the merchant NPC to obtain the weapon.

Theres no more NPC now, they can only be obtain now by doing the first job quest with your novice.
