i 99ed a mage without these weapons and can do it again lol
when i was 98 i went to forest and started pwning noobs, was fun seeing a mage kill their 2nd job

my friend made a 99 novice from lvl 1 - 99 ;)
and can survive lots of attacks

Muahahaha Let me give you an obvious hint. If a novice has issues surviving on the map then the guy is probably not on that map. So that means few to no aggressive monsters. And whoever said they were taking a path straight to Prontera? 

It was made a bit difficult because once the guy was found it's only a matter of time before everyone knows.

I'm not going to tell you the map or which direction. But if you can't find him on the map you thought he'd be on why not try another map where a novice can go?
