It is neither an unpassable tile or an exp loss map.
So is it against the rules since you can't escape it without a warp or item of sorts?

If you can't get out of there with a warp or item, then yes, it is against the rules. Simply because the GMs don't want to have to go on accounts to get people out of there because they have no warp or items.

Yes, it's against the rules. While it isn't technically an unpathable tile, it's the same concept - A spot that you cannot get out of without the aid of an item (Bwing/Fwing) or spell (Teleport/Warp Portal). I believe there was a case some time back where a player used Warp Portal on a number of other players into a spot they could not get out of on Treasure Island. This spot had room to walk, however, players could not get out without a Bwing/Warp Portal. Said player casting Warp Portal was punished.
Do not warp players using Warp Portal without their permission. Exception: You may do this in PVP, but not to an EXP loss map or an unpathable tile.

You can warp people in PvP as long as it's not an EXP loss map, or an unpathable tile. Considering that spot that Ultra Violence is in is a spot that you can't walk out of, it would be against the rules.

Though, there's a Warp Girl at my warp now. And like 8757204 people have memo'd it because I kept sending people there during WoE when they'd rush my warps going, "Alright, MotE's warps!!"

And annoying people who own one hit skills by using warp portal isn't justified when they keep on bashing your Super baby just because it's a Super Baby, right? Warping is about just as justified as Grape Juices. :/
I agree, it's hell of a pain if it gets abused by power hungry SN's, but warping because of revenge is always a win in my opinion.
To simplify: Warping retarded Soul Breaker Assassin Crosses who cloak afterwards.

i know that spot,me and a friend of mine were allways chilling there and chating, then some idiot warped a bunch of people there and now theres a warp girl... D:

Edit: how about just putting up some warps in some city. Guys walk in and it s a area where u can jst get off with teleporting or something like that. Is that my fault? And could i put some merch there sellings BW XD
