Is it against the rules to warp to this location?

Yes, it's against the rules. While it isn't technically an unpathable tile, it's the same concept - A spot that you cannot get out of without the aid of an item (Bwing/Fwing) or spell (Teleport/Warp Portal). I believe there was a case some time back where a player used Warp Portal on a number of other players into a spot they could not get out of on Treasure Island. This spot had room to walk, however, players could not get out without a Bwing/Warp Portal. Said player casting Warp Portal was punished.

i know that spot,me and a friend of mine were allways chilling there and chating,
then some idiot warped a bunch of people there and now theres a warp girl...

Edit: how about just putting up some warps in some city. Guys walk in and it s a area where u can jst get off with teleporting or something like that. Is that my fault? And could i put some merch there sellings BW XD
