If you can't get out of there with a warp or item, then yes, it is against the rules. Simply because the GMs don't want to have to go on accounts to get people out of there because they have no warp or items.

While it isn't technically an unpathable tile, it's the same concept - A spot that you cannot get out of without the aid of an item (Bwing/Fwing) or spell (Teleport/Warp Portal). I believe there was a case some time back where a player used Warp Portal on a number of other players into a spot they could not get out of on Treasure Island. This spot had room to walk, however, players could not get out without a Bwing/Warp Portal. Said player casting Warp Portal was punished.

Do not warp players using Warp Portal without their permission. Exception: You may do this in PVP, but not to an EXP loss map or an unpathable tile.

Please be aware that if you /memo unpathable tiles, you are doing so at your own risk.  Should the use of your warp come into question, your warps will be wiped.

You can warp people in PvP as long as it's not an EXP loss map, or an unpathable tile. Considering that spot that Ultra Violence is in is a spot that you can't walk out of, it would be against the rules.

And annoying people who own one hit skills by using warp portal isn't justified
when they keep on bashing your Super baby just because it's a Super Baby, right?
Warping is about just as justified as Grape Juices. :/

I agree, it's hell of a pain if it gets abused by power hungry SN's, but warping because
of revenge is always a win in my opinion.
