Title: about Newbie Weapons?

i making Beginner's Mace (Acolyte) 20 worm peeling 20 tree root 20 shell 1 pearl those item i already gave but i cant get anything with it? the kafra corp scientist keep asking me "have you find them yet?" someone please teach me what happen?

Hmm Ill suggest you do the acolyte job quest- Its not very hard. All you go have to do is travel to the person Rubalka mentions. If you get Mathilda then its easy as well.

It's along the maps to aldebaran and prontera. I went through the direct path but didn't see anyhting. I guess the npcs are scattered throughout the map. I don't really get how newbies are expected to survive the place. Or know that the easier way to change job doesn't make it easy to get the weapons.

no really, i've been doing this quest for a while and if it keeps like this the weapon is too troublesome to make to be useful. If i wanted, id be killing anubises hours ago and id be one 80ish priest by now. However im 39 and stuck doing this quest
seriously, not even a freaking clue of where the kafra guys are

no really, i've been doing this quest for a while and if it keeps like this the weapon is too troublesome to make to be useful. If i wanted, id be killing anubises hours ago and id be one 80ish priest by now. However im 39 and stuck doing this quest

Anyway, went ahead and made the quest. Stupid me was naive enough to think "mm, i'll just create another novice, make the quest and then transfer to this char". Lazy to transfer gears, i decided to go noob mode and walk to the place to do the quest. ~20mins later i was aco
Just to find can't drop/store the beginner mace.
well, time to check hidden temple 3F, they aren't in 1 and 2F and is the only place that comes to my mind they could lose themselves since that place is so maze like

I know how you feel. If i had known it was this hard to get the weapons, I would have went the long way and did the job quest instead. Well, whatever I'll just leech myself to priest and forget about this weapon. >_>

Soon there will be Lv99 Acolyte/Swordman/Archer/Merch/Thief/Mage.Maybe poor player that dont have money to buy any stuff yet stay to be first class till 99.

my friend made a 99 novice from lvl 1 - 99 ;) and can survive lots of attacks

So its the map directly north of prontera? I assumed they were taking a straight path because that is the fastest and easiest route. I'm not going to tell you the map or which direction. But if you can't find him on the map you thought he'd be on why not try another map where a novice can go?

just found it and got the beginner weapon through that quest
.... not going to say where it is, but kirek is right, it's on one easy spot
That is just mean :'(
but if kirek wanted for people to know about the location, she would've said herself. I think GMs want to keep the npc semi hidden so we actually pass through the job change quest. (same shit honestly, but wtv)

At least it's just a NEWBIE weapon and not a "damn i have to prevent outspreading that ultra mega strong weapon or everybody is gonna be better than me - weapon" :-\

Theres no more NPC now, they can only be obtain now by doing the first job quest with your novice.
