Who can benefit most with tao gunka armor?

Also for Pallies who use Sacrifice, and also Devotion at certain situations. 

SinX with really high flee can use it too, depends on your target.

Steel Body Champs with Tao = 40k+ Hp with 90 Def/Mdef.

If you decide to use a Ninja with Final Strike. You will need to use HP (+Vit) and Str to power it. Meaning if you use a Tao Gunka; it will literally double damage. However I don't recommend using Final Strike since it's not at all dependable. It can be reduced in damage very easy. There for I don't think it's absolutely the best advantage. However, it's good either way.

I guess it really does depend. When I go on valk runs I use holy Tao valk armor on bio and champ, works prett well. For ifrit I use Tao fire since salamanders hit so high and the archer guardians are a pain also I can survive ifrits sonic blows. A few flee stalkers use it. I guess it depends on what your going to do with the Tao. I prefer champ, bio and HW for Tao since champ and HW have low hp if you run no vit at all
