quest question

i saw 4 NPC on the skull island (bibalan).
3 of them need some specific items for me to collect.
i was just wondering what the out come of the quest would give.
anybody know this quest?

yeah, i tried searching thru other sites but they don't seem to have the NPC on it.
so was thinking maybe a custom made quest?

There is no guide - it was a closed implemented suggestion - not sure if it was shifted. You may need to run a search. Since the design was entirely laid out in the suggestion - it served as a guide too.
