Valk Team?

How exactly does one work? o.o
I know you go and kill valk, but does the whole team go at once, or one person?
And how does the loot usually get split up?

Also, what char would be best for this? I heard champ, but not sure about this.

They usually rotate each trip on who gets the loot. Or, the ones that actually have a soul sell it and split it evenly.
