Loading Pictures

When you Load to a map or log on u see the loading screen with a picture. My question is does the server have the same or can you change those? because the pre existing server pictures are up and i see the name of it on one of the pictures.

You can change the loading screens yourself through the GRF or I believe through the Data folder now that it works...
