Sunglasses[1]?

Sorry if there's already a thread about this but I tried to search and didn't find anything useful. :(
Is it still possible to make Sunglasses[1] and if... How?

Right now, the only way - to my knowledge, is to open Old Violet Boxes and hope that one of the Glasses, after you Identify it, is a pair of Sunglasses [1].

There was a quest to make sunglasses but it got removed because of bugs. I forgot what it was.
