20% From DI + DL, 10% from a second DI, 60% from two Berz, and according to RMS the Orlean's combo gives 10% cast reduction.


Regardless, it's a lot to invest in for the purpose of survivability while effectively gimping your offensive capabilities.

Yeah, I just saw that.  I went by Teggit's post mentioning that it was 5% for the Orlean's combo.

But yeah, it would be a lot to invest and would also gimp.  I was just excited by the prospect of the combo.

I don't like the cast reduction gear build because you lose alot of power for survivability. In pvm i rather have alot of attack and in woe all that vit will get me killed even faster.

I don't see the point in that, are they explicitly attempting to stop people from getting IC via cast reduction?
