donating????

i donated about a week ago via paypal. the echeck cleared like early yesterday or the day before is it normal to have to wait this long to get my add credit after teh check cleared??? should i ask a gm or what

Send in a support ticket with the following information:

Receipt/transaction #
Name on paypal accout/email address of paypal account
Date of donation
Amount of donation

Put it in the "donation" category, and for subject put: Paypal donation not reflecting in ad credits
