You are correct, Critical wounds nerfs healing items down to basically fuck all. Kaahi remains unaffected.

and id advise to look for a HP friend to go along with you. its kinda tough without 1

You need GTB for valks, dispell will remove your miracle and your buffs.

I might do odin, was still thinking about it. Would prolly be a lot easier to do considering the monsters are easier and you don't have to switch gears so much.
I have a few questions about odin then:
Why do you need esl instead of say gryph or DI?
Meat heals normally there, right?
What good drops are there in odin that i could make money off of?

To be honest, I don't think you'll make a lot of zeny with a SG...

And i would never restart.

Anyways, I was thinking of making a bit of money then making a pally or HP, not quite sure yet.
HP's seem cool with evang, but all I see them doing are buffing, healing, warping and niffing (eew, niffing >.<)
Pally is the end game class I want, but the gears to make it the way I want would be way too costly, many many bills worth of gear O__O I always liked the idea of tanking, take very little damage and dish out quite a bit

Ok, after actually typing it out I'm leaning more towards pally, but I'd need to save up another 100-200mil to get some gears (I think )
Any suggestions on either class would be appreciated, a gear list of what you think I would need to play each class (and have fun while playing them ) would be nice.
I don't really know much about either class besides HP's heal and Pally's tank ;P

If your lucky (Like someone I know who's so lucky it pisses me off) you can make tons in nameless as a HP. He normally always gets a +7 wool scarf from only 3 or 4 of them >__>Thou most of the loot there isnt much worth upgrading or vending anymore. But dont by any means think that a priest is limited to niff.

Right now, priest is a lot cheaper than pally o.o

Kaho = 85m
Missy = 20m
Evang (uncarded) = 180~ish
+7Eddga Shoes = 18mil
2 Sting Gloves = 14mil
Altogether is about 317~ish mil
I already have a bunch of armors and Devi Muff

And once I start using priest, what should I save up for?

Hmm, well you could always save the money to upgrade some of the gears on your list, such as Eddga to DL valks and sting gloves to celebs. If your planning to go to harder places I think some DL's would definatly be worth investing in.
