compatibility issue? account recovery?

Hi guys I recently downloaded a copy of the new animusro full installer and installed the game, I already patched (which i think was) the sakray patch/kro patch. So I tried to patch for animusro and for some reason its saying I couldn't connect to the server or something like that. I'm thinking that this might be some compatibility issue? My OS is Windows 7 professional 64bit ( I installed it on Windows 7 at first same thing happened). And as you can see on the screenies below I ran it on xp mode, thinking that might resolve the "compatibility issue" ( which I totally am not sure of ). But no progress, So now I'm wondering can animus run in 64bit? because my previous computer ran 32bit (with AnimusRO) and it didnt seem to have any issue on installing the game.

Ok now hopefully I get the game working so I can move on to my next problem. My old computer broke down. And so I built a new one, I didnt back all my files up back then so all my files are of course lost. So I have very limited resources to provide if asked.

Q: I lost my account information OR I try to log into an old account from AnimaRO but can't, is there any way to get it back?
A: Send in support ticket under the "Lost items/Scams" category and include as many details relevant to the account as possible, such as:

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc). Is this asking for my first ISP when i started playing? or the last? ( Changed ISP's twice in between those times )
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/). I'm pretty sure it's not the same as my old IP
4. Your previous password for the account(s). I changed my password a few times back then I can't remember all of them
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account). I have quite a few emails that I might have used can I send all of them?

In regards to your account, you don't need to list your ISP or all of that other stuff unless you no longer have access to the e-mail account. So, just submit a ticket with the usernames, and list any possible e-mails that it could be. If it isn't any of the e-mails, we'll give you a hint as to what the e-mail is. If that leads to a dead end, then we request the additional information.

Also, the reason you aren't able to patch is because you need to update your patcher. You can download it here: ftp://174.142.186.140/animuspatch.exe
