returning from a 2 year hiatus

Hi,

me and my wife (IRL) will be returning from a 3 year break from animusro.  The last time I played consistantly, this server was still called animaro and i am amazed at the changes the gm has done.

I'm a little rusty for sure, but i hope i'll be meeting a bunch of cool people in game and maybe join a cool hunting guild.

however i have hit a snag.  i don't remember my acc name and passwords.  how should i go about getting it back? should i send in support tickets?

Yeah, support ticket is best. Hopefully you're still using the email you registered with? That's where the info will be sent to. Try to provide proof of having owned the account by sticking a few screenies of you being on your characters in the ticket too :3
