Talis is the only one with the ability/access to make it. So it's his schedule, and since he also has a ton of other stuff that only he has access to, it's rather up in the air. But if I recall correctly, once he perfects the item logs/support stuff, he'll be moving towards the other stuff like gm modules, and ad transfers. But the bottom line is you guys just need to be patient.
