Skills problem

Hi everyone

since i downloaded the game with the new server
i've been facing this issue and it is skills problem i cant use my storge coz i dont have novils skills,and that's strange coz im a hunter lvl 92
and when i try to use my skills i cant thouch them by applying or reseting them

pleasee help me

You have to set up skills again, by spending your skill points, everytime you spend skill points on a skill you have to click on Apply to..well..duh..apply them.
Remember to start from Novice skills, then 1st Job, and so on..
