Okay so how does the +3% atk speed work? like if you have 178 atk speed if you equip it, it gives u about +5 atk speed making it 183?
And if you have 2 on (+6% atk speed) it gives you about +10 atk speed making it 188?

Anyway, from what I remember of ASPD calculations.....

You have 178 aspd, so your delay is 200-178=22.
Now, reduce this number by 3%.
22*97%=21.34
So your new ASPD is 200-21.34=178.66 aspd.

It'd be nice if someone could confirm this, though.

It's only a 3% boost, after all, and it takes (in most cases) atleast 66% boost (2x Doppel) +some agi/awakes to get to 190 aspd.

We could like, ask a GM to give themselves 178 atk speed, and then equip 2 continental guards, and tell us what it becomes...

No. I don't need anything besides 2h Quicken+Frenzy+Awake to get to 190 aspd.

How much it boost depends on what effects your under when you had 178 attack speed like berserk potions, concentration potions, awakenings.
