Character slots and Kafra

I was just wondering if we now have a total of 9 char slots to use for free. Is there a fee for any of them? Im used to 5 so im not totally sure. Also are able to use the "cash" tab in kafra storage? It would be awesome to transfer zeny beteen chars in same account.

I think it's still just the six characters. Nope, don't have to pay for them, and nope the cash tab on kafra doesn't work. It would seem the plan on implementing it though, since a suggestion for it has been moved to Pending.
