Where do you register for Game Login?

I'm sorry for such a simple quest, but where do I register for my game login?  A friend sent me this link and I've downloaded the game, but it seems I've only created a Forum login and still need to do the Game Login.

Hey there! Welcome to Animus~ By the way, to create an in-game account you have to register here:

In-game accounts and Forum accounts are different. You can have as many as you want in-game accounts, but only 1 forum account.
Please remember to run ragnarok_re.exe to be fully patched and without trouble, aswell, always open your game with animuspatch.exe. If you have any other troubleshooting you can PM me or ask around in the forums, other people will be pleased to help you~
