Not 100% sure, but I don't think that you can buy this card or request it via a spend credit request.  If my knowledge serves me right, you can only obtain it by farming it ingame or purchasing ingame.

A GM would have to confirm though, or clarify atleast.

It really isn't. Yet you have people that pay that much for it.

Dreamer got his for 40mil not 45mil I believe. I already had a 30mil offer today but I'm in no rush. Might keep it for my SG if it doesnt sell in a few days. /ho

I missvended the one I got 2 months ago or whenever the server first came back up for 1.6mil.

The person thats bought it at the missvended price wouldn't even return it for a 4mil reward......
