Moka Akashiya Ceres is an HP who hangs around Alberta and Skellington, helping just about anyone she meets, or who asks for it. She also has extremely poor English. Seeing as she's helped a good chunk of this server's population get on it's feet, me included, there are a lot of people clamouring to get her ban rescinded. No one but the GMs know why she was banned in the first place.
