Her ticket has been "Waiting for player response" for about 3 days now... Could one of her friends maybe explain to her in-game how to respond to a ticket correctly? I think my telling her not to create new tickets, and to simply respond in her original ticket, threw her off/confused her.

i was talking to her and she told me that the acc still banned and she tell me ok u try to logged in and it is true it still banned well GM  she told me that she send you another support ticket  idk about that sry

I think what she is suppose to do is respond to the one she previously made. Making additional tickets wont help her any.

guys maybe i can help here, moka akashiya ceres is really my good friend here in anthemro>animusro, she is a filipina lady (philippines) and she's staying in japan, 1st one thing for sure she is a good player, she cannot do anything bad to other player.
