Why Moka got banned>?

  moka is a good person she helps everybody why she need to get banned for? what have she done? im not been a drama queen but is like why good people need to get banned?

Like I said, we do not publicly display, or tell people why X person got banned.

If she submits a ticket, including the accounts of hers that were banned, we can tell her, and SHE may tell you, but we do not just blatantly go yelling out why X person was banned.

Keep in mind that not all bans are permanent. Sometimes you're only temporarily banned due to an item being passed through your account. If she's as innocent as you say, she will be unbanned. But if she really did do something, then it will remain as so. I've seen some people who I thought were great individuals do really stupid stuff.

Then that's probably a sign she wasn't banned for something like that. You're also never banned for KS/MPK/Looting unless you've had MANY previous punishments.

Yea, and you get no apologies or compensation for it. Last time I ever use the account of an ex GM that quits the game but gives me her password (who remembers Rosalina?)

If the person was polite to me in their ticket I'll usually apologize that they got caught up in the mess. Can't speak for the past staff.
