Questions on - Card Unslotter / Sex Change / Renaming / Rollbacks

 Hello again ! Does anyone know where I can find the fees and information on these stuff :

 - Card Unslotting
 - Sex Change
 - Moving of Characters
 - Renaming Characters
 - Rollback of Characters
 

 I wanna find out the fees and description/rules to follow for each of them . Thanks (:

- Card Unslotting 5 to start, 2 per card removed, 2 to keep the remaining item
 - Sex Change, Moving of Characters, Renaming Characters 5 ads
 - Rollback of Characters 10 ads

Note about Name Changes & Character Moves:

    * If you are a guild leader, let us know when ordering, as your order can only be performed during a reboot (otherwise, you lose control of your guild)
    * If you are not a guild leader, leave your guild before ordering (you can join back after your order is processed)
    * Leave your party before ordering

Note about Sex Changes: Sex is tracked per account, not per character. This means:

    * If you request a sex change for one character, all other characters in the same account will be affected
    * If you move a character to different sexed account, that character's sex also changes
    * You may not sex change an account that contains a bard or dancer
    * You may not move a bard or dancer to a different sexed account

 - Rollback of Characters - 10 ads, rolls to novice(if NT)/high novice(if trans) of the current base level.

Pretty sure you need to put a ticket with your account info (user and pass) in, along with the ads, like a spend credit.  I haven't checked to see if spend credit is even up though, so you might have to just put a ticket in.

How long would it take to rename a character ? As in , how long would they take to process and carry out the renaming ? Thanks (:

Sometimes it takes a few days, sometimes it takes a week.  It depends on how busy they are.  If the character is a guild leader, it takes longer.

I do them daily, so 95% get done within 24 hours. Usually unexisting kaho customizations take 1-2 days, pending Schro's availability, since I ask him to do the customizations.

When you say unexisting kaho customizations , you mean those Custom Kahos that aren't sold in the Item Shop ?

Some of the new existing Kahos aren't in the item shop yet, so even though it isn't in the item shop, there's still a chance it might be an existing kaho. It's usually best to ask in the spend credit. :>
