I would expect the ad transfer module to be back up within 2-3 weeks, but the module I talked about...I wouldn't expect it for a few months.

They let you purchase items like OVB, OCA, Bloody Branch, and Battle Manuals. There's normally a special shop for them, it's just not available yet.
