Ya, not sure if this is normal but I made a support ticket 3 days ago and the GM's haven't even looked at it yet.
The ones I made before the move were answered within a day o.o

Just wondering if it's supposed to take a while or not :P

That's how the support ticket system works, as I understand it. The GMs are going through a significant backlog of tickets, I believe working from the older ones up to the most recent ones. I suppose there may be exceptions, such as in the cases where the ticket is for something easily solved or changed, it'll get answered quickly, but in general you're going to have to wait until the GMs make their through the backlog.

Support tickets haven't been available for about a month.

Support tickets only just became available 3 days ago!

Most of our convenient modules that make a lot of things less time consuming aren't operational yet, and so I have to manually do a lot of things in the database.

I'm currently the only staff member handling tickets.

Yeah, I guess it could take a while.

I seriously hope the pay is good. I cant remember if you guys were or were not, but youd better be. Stressful work is stressful.

I wish I could see your profile to see when you joined, cuz I think this whole thing is trolling. There were plenty of people in the past who didn't get answers for weeks on end.

Yeah, Schro's starting to help again too. :> Hopefully Tesla gets back into the swing soon, and I'm hoping to get a new GM/PR to also help with minor support ticket cases/questions.
