Step 1: Download HyperCam 2 from here (Click on "Download This Torrent")

Step 2: Go to the AVI File tab on the HyperCam program and set the Frames Per Second to however your computer can handle. (For mine it's 15 Frames Per Second, but it depends on how good is your computer)

Step 3: Select where you want the recorded files to be saved (Pretty self-explanatory)

Step 3.5: This step is only optional. For some reason, HyperCam records from the Microphone instead of directly from the source, so if you don't want the whole of YouTube listening to you talk, uncheck Record Sound.

Step 4: Open up AnthemRO and while it is open, Alt-Tab to HyperCam.

Step 5: Click on Select Window and then select the AnthemRO window (The border should flash and gameplay pause)

Step 6: Now have your AnthemRO window open and hit the HotKey that starts your video (can be changed in Hotkey tab)

Step 7: When you are done doing whatever you need to do, hit the HotKey again to stop recording.

Step 8: Now go to the folder or directory that you chose to save your recording. It should be there.

Step 9: Now open up the Windows Media Encoder. There should be a pop-up box. Select convert a file.

Step 10: Under source file, Browse for the recording you just took. Don't do anything to Output file. Click Next.

Step 11: Select "Web Server (Progressive Download)" on the following window. Click Next.

Step 12: Select "High Definition Quality Video (CBR)" on the following window. Click Next.

Step 13: You don't need to type anything in this window. Click Next.

Step 14: Make sure the information is correct and then click on Finish.

Step 15: Windows Media Encoder will start to play the video frame-by-frame, it is encoding it so the file size is smaller.

Step 16: When it is finished encoding (time = file size), go to the folder where you saved the recording. Now there should be 2 recordings, one a AVI file and the other a WMV file. Notice that the WMV file's size is smaller than the AVI's.

Step 17: Go to www.youtube.com and logon if you have an account. (If you don't, then make one)

Step 18: Click on the yellow "Upload" button on the top right corner.

Step 19: Locate the WMV file and start uploading it.

Step 20: While you wait, you can fill in the information (Title, Description, Tags, etc)(Also, remember to select "Share your video with the world" if you want the public to see it.)

Step 21: Amazing! Your video is on YouTube!

Step 21.5: Since there is no sound (Step 3.5), your video might be a bit boring, so use YouTube's AudioSwap to get music with your video without it having to be removed for Copyright Infringement. Make sure that the song you want is a little bit longer or the exact length as your video.

Some Important Things To Remember
If your AVI file is pretty small, (Less than 250-ish MB), you do not need to run it through Windows Media Encoder and just upload it straight to YouTube.
If your video is slow or choppy when you play it back, try to increase the Frames Per Second and record it again.
To maximize your playing experience while recording, close all other windows except for Anthem and HyperCam.
