EXP Sandals?

I heard that they don't give +%10 more exp while your being leeched unless you kill the monster. I was wonder if that was true or not

Where did you hear this? I've never read anything that comes close to saying that the +10% exp doesn't count unless you kill the monster.

I think this isn't true becouse you get by a leech 50% of exp and on this 50% you get another 10%.  If the sandals don't work than the drac shouldn't work too. The Drac do so it's not true.

Maybe this person was lying to you or didn't have a pair of their own.

The last time i got a skellington leech i was provided with +10% sandals for the trip. Also LH3 leechers may offer Am mut sandals for leeches and that gives a +10% exp from demi-humans, if it didn't they would not include it as part of their deal and raise up the base zeny price for the leech.

10% of the exp you get - let say you get 3000 exp from a leech so you get 300 more.

Definitely works. Just tested it with Undead Killer's Sandals.

It's exactly 10%, and as a leecher, you get 50% from the monster's exp.

Okay, usually, on a 1x/1x server, a Zombie Prisoner gives you 2635 Base EXP.
Here, it's 5x, so you'll get 13175 Base EXP.

A leecher gets 6588 Base EXP (50% of 13175), when the leeched person kills a monster.
When the leecher wears Undead Killer's Sandals, he gets 7246 Base EXP.
That's about 110% of 6588.

Practice is consistent with theory.
