i need GM HELP

Hi GM, I want to know, I post a suppor ticket from many weeks and i dont have any answer.
Can you explain to me why it's long like this?

Was this upgrade of your support ticket legitimate or was it some attempt to bump it up? Bumping support tickets does not help (It actually gets your ticket put down the list) and creating forum topics about it doesnt help either.

You may be waiting longer because you forgot to fill in something and also if it says "Waiting for High GM response" you will have to wait a lot longer then normal.

can you think if i write in the past to GM about something, I tealk about the old GM they take my suport to HIGH GM decision, but after that the web site crash and i lost contact with my HIGH GM DECISION and now i need to be that again.

THE OLD GM have many clues in my favor but know i dont have many just 3 screen shot, what i need now it GM belive in me. i dont know if they have the old server delta save, if yes they can help me if not they must belive in me.

Did you create your support ticket back on animaro?

before AnthemRO there was a server called AnimaRO, did you create your support ticket on AnimaRO?

If you created it on AnthemRO could you copy the info of the ticket and post it here?

i create my first ticket in animaRO server i was in HIGH GM DECISION but after that before my answer by the high GM, the web site crash and i think they lost my support ticket

cauz my gf stole my kaho and i create a support ticket the old GM tell me the acconte who stole my kaho had transfer it to a other acconte and the day after she sell it 65million the old GM had all this information but know what you tell me it's they all lost save delta and i have no chance to have back my kaho. I donnate real money for it and now kaho stole and you tell me the GM can do nothing for that. they dont have any file of the old donnater???

I think you mean data and not delta. Almost all of the information we had on AnimaRO is gone. If the GMs said you won't be able to get your kahos back on Anima then there isnt much hope here on Anthem.

i dont know if on animaRO tell me if i can have it I be on wait for HIGH GM DECISION. they never tell me if i can get it back, but i donnate full for it i donnate money real money to have this kaho they must understand.
what do you think about that?

IF you donate real money and all your clues for get it back are delited what will be your reaction?
