My name is byron.  I have been here at least a couple days or so now.

I played a little on another popular private server several months ago.  I leveled an archer there but gradually lost interest while playing alone.

I was invited here to create an acolyte/priest.  I've received a little help that has helped me get through many acolyte job levels very quickly, but I'm still very new to Ragnarok terminology, abilities, the Ragnarok world, and the interface.

My acolyte's name is Criminy.  It's nice to meet you all.

I also appreciate the advice, Fog, and I edited accordingly.

So far it's been a very pleasant experience, especially with all the help I've received.  I only hope that I can manage to repay it while following etiquette protocols.



I have so much to learn.  I've played another MMORPG before and slowly managed to become fairly decent with it over a couple years or so, but RO is a significant departure from that game and a very unique experience.

Thank you again for greeting me.  I will probably turn to the forums here for some questions in the future, although I have had quite a few answered by people I've met in-game.  I hope I will have success finding answers that have already been posted, though, so I don't run the risk of frustrating anyone with my lack of understanding.

Hah, alrighty then.  I had printing and computer graphics applications in mind when you said that.

On another note, everyone I've played with so far has been relatively helpful, understanding, and pleasant (at least while playing).  I'm gradually learning to be more efficient and repay the help I've received if I may be so bold to say so.

I was pretty slow with my archer when I leveled by myself.  I had a slight advantage in that I could snipe from ledges on that particular server.

This time, I've received quite a bit of help with leveling.
