Q: I lost my account information OR I try to log into an old account from AnimaRO but can't, is there any way to get it back?A: Send in support ticket under the "Lost items/Scams" category and include as many details relevant to the account as possible, such as:
1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at
http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).

Q: I am a new player but when i try to log in it says I am banned!A: If it is your first time playing this server then you probably forgot to activate your account. To do this go to your emails inbox (the email you signed up with) and check for an email on how to activate your account from AnthemRO
Q: I am a new player and have registered but I cannot find my account activation email!A: Make sure you have put in your email correctly on the registration page, If you have put it in correctly and are still unable to find it try all of the following:
- Check spam box.
- Check spam settings. Make sure you set on low filter or none at all.
- Resign up for another account. (Or re-request a password recovery email)
- Add Anthemro.com to your list of "allowed" emails
- Change your spam settings back to the way you had them before upon receiving your email.
Q: I'm not a new player but for some reason i am banned! A: The most likely cause for this is that you have broken one of
AnthemRO's Rules and someone has reported you doing so. Look for your banned characters name in the
Mute log to see why you were banned. If you were unable to find the reason why you were banned in the Mute log and/or you wish to contest your ban then send in a
Support ticketQ: I am a new player and I didn't get my activation emailA: First of make sure you put in your email address correctly on the
Register page. If you have checked this and you put in your email address correctly check the Spam section of your email. If that doesn't help try creating an email account with
Gmail and registering using your new email address.

Q: How do I take a screenshot in-game?A: Press the PrtScn button on your keyboard (usually this button is to the right of F12). A message will appear in the message box indicating the filename of the new screenshot.
Q: How do i take a screenshot of something not in-game?A: You do the exact same as you would if you were taking a screenshot of something in-game. However, once you press prtscn, you will need to open up a program like MS Paint and then paste the image into that program and save it.
Q: How do I show a screenshot on the forums or in a support ticket?A: 1. Go to
www.imageshack.us 2. Click the "Browse..." button and select the file of the screenshot you wish to show.
3. Click "host it!"
4. Copy and paste the text from the "Direct link to image" bar into the forum posting or support ticket.

Q: Are all cards, items and equipment obtainable in-game?A: No, but the majority of cards, items and equipment are. Some equipment, cards and items are not implemented on the server and are therfore unobtainable. Also there are some items which can only be obtained via the item shop.
Q: Why cant I use any skills or chat to people in-game?A: If character has a
Red speech bubble with 3 dots on him and you also get text which says
You cannot use any skills or chat for the next X minutes someone has reported you breaking a rule or you have been spamming a lot of chat messages in-game and as a result of that have been muted.
If you wish to find out why you were muted search for your muted characters name in the
Mute log.
If you wish to contest this punishment or cannot find your characters name in the mute log send in a support ticket, although it is recommended you just wait out the duration of your punishment
(Note - You must be logged in as the muted character for the duration of your mute to go down)Q: Why are we stuck back with no Rachel updates?A: AnthemRO runs the Aegis software emulator, which is unfortunately not the most active, in terms of updates. However, is it quite stable.
Q: When will we get a new Aegis episode update?A: This will only happen once the GMs can get all the code needed and modify it to be 100% ready.
Q: Why can't this server have @ commands like @autoloot and @mi?A: @ commands can only work on a server running the eAthena software, which AnthemRO does not use.
Q:How many in-game accounts can we make?A: You are allowed to make as many as you want.
Q: I hear people use terms like "SQI" and "GJ", what do these mean?A: Players on AnthemRO use short forms to represent common item and skill names. "GJ" stands for "Grape Juice", and is a common SP-restoration item. For a more detailed list,

Q: What is AnimaRO?A: AnimaRO was a server which existed from around 2005 to September 2007. After it closed down, GM Talis and the current GM/Admin team decided to help out the Anima players by transferring all their accounts over to AnthemRO!
Q: This server is really laggy, why don't the GMs Fix it?A: Lag is not always the server's fault, there are many things that will determine if you get lag or not such as:
- Your Internet Connection Speed
- Your Internet Server provider (ISP)
- How far away you live from the server
- Being In overcrowded locations such as Prontera or Skellington
- Running other programs
- Your computers Specifications (RAM, HDD Etc...)f
Forum Related
Q: How do I get the 'veteran status' on the forums?A:To obtain 'veteran status' and have 2 gold stars to your name you need at least 250 posts. However, it is the quality of your posts and not the quantity that count (so avoid spamming!).
Q:What is "leet" status and How do I get it?A: This status is just a novelty that the forums have. To get your forum status to become "leet" you will need exactly 1337 posts, no more no less. Once you have this exact number of posts you will have 5 stars and your member status will read "leet" and in addition your name will be in orange towards the bottom of the AnthemRO Forums.

Q:How do I delete topics?A:You cannot delete topics at all, if you wish to "close" your topic just modify your post and put "closed" as the main body and topic title. Users are only able to lock their own topics in the Market section.
In-Game Related
Q: Are we allowed to have more then one aRO game open at once?A:Yes, you are allowed to dual client (or more if your computer can handle it)
Q: How do I dual client?A: The most common way to access it is to open 2 AnthemRO Patchers at once and then clicking start on both of them. Use Alt+tab to switch between the two programs. If you use dyefire, open dyefire twice instead.
Q: How do i make my in-game zoom return to normal?A; Hold down the CTRL key, then double right-click.
Q: I am an alchemist and I want to know how to make a certain potion. A:
RateMyServer has a list of every potion you can make, and what you need to make it.
Q: What is WoE?A: War of Emperium (WoE) is a server-wide event which occurs twice a week, during which guilds battle each other for control of castles.
Q: Are there any rules I have to follow for WoE?A:

Q: My times won't permit me to attend WoE, can't the GM's just put in more times or adjust the times slighty? A: Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to attend WoE. WoE hours tend to accommodate the largest portion of the player base which lives in the United States. It is unlikely that these times will be changed, but you can still PvP and try to get involved with your guild in other ways!
Q: When you equip one Shackles and one Bloody Shackle Ball you get +100 attack. If I equip one Shackles and two Bloody Shackle Ball's will i get +200 attack?A: No, for each Bloody Shackle Ball you equip you also need to equip one Shackles, since you only have one foot gear slot in your equipments window the max you can gain from this combo is +100 attack.
Q: Can I achieve IC with just cast reduction gears? A: It is said that one is able to achieve IC by wearing two Berzebub accessories and standing in a Bard's Poem of Bragi. However, the only job classes who are capable of achieving cast reduction IC, on their own are crusaders and paladins.
You need:
- Aegis Shield (SQI)
- 2 Berzebub Accessories
- 2 Dark Illusion headgears
Q:How do I make a guild?A:You will need to get an item called "Emperium" (drops from Orc Zombie, Shining Plant and Old Blue/Violet Boxes) then you need to enter the command:
/guild "your guild name here"
Q: How can I leave my guild if im not the guild leader? A: Go in-game and hold ALT then press g, then click the tab where you can see which members of the guild are online. Find your name on the list, right click it, and select Leave to leave the guild.
Q: How do I break a guild?A: You must expel every member in your guild (except yourself) and then once that's done, enter the command:
/breakguild "guild name here"
Q: I want to see all the commands in-game, where do i look?A: Go in-game and type /help and it will display most of the /commands you can use. You can also try the command window menu by holding ALT and pressing Y
Q: How do I get IC (Instant Cast)?A: You need 150 dex altogether so you may need:
- 99 Base dex
- Job Bonus Dex (+6)
- Kahos Horns (+20)
- Rocker Armour (+1)
- [Drops][Drops][Drops][Drops] Rod (+4)
- Moonlight Shoes (+5)
- 2 Stings Gloves OR 2 Celebration Rings (+10)
- Stem worm garment (+5)
Priests also have the blessing skill which adds +10 dex. Each class will have different DEX bonuses (which also depend on your current job level) so the equipment required may vary from class to class. However,
150 DEX is always required for skills to be Instant Cast.

Q: How do i buy meat from the NPC at a cheaper price?A: There are several ways to discount the price of meat (these methods apply to all items where NPCs sell items to you like this.)
Q: Does Sidewinder card work with a bow?A: Yes, it does.
Q: I have just changed job/reset my skills and I am unable to add skill points to my 2nd job skills.A: You must use all your 1st job skill points on your 1st job skills before you can add any skill points you gained as your 2nd job to your 2nd jobs skills (For example if you changed your Mage to a Wizard at job level 40 you must use 39 skill points on your Mage skills before you can add any skill points to your Wizard skills).
