Newbie Teamspeak Question(s)

Ok I'll try to make a long story short 

I'm new to this server and downloaded the client yesterday. Then I downloaded teamspeak so I could talk to other players/friends and such...
My question is how do I connect to the anthemRO teamspeak server? I looked at the Teamspeak Guide and used the address: anthem.ath.cx
Everytime I try to connect though I get "Failed to Connect to server". I also read I need registration rights, but how do I get them if I can't even connect?

I'm probably just being a stupid newbie here but I could really use some help. @_@

i am going to say that the server TS server is currently down but i am not sure. i was going to post something about this soon. is the TS back?

well it costs money to have one. so people who are just one. or like not in a guild they can't use it to talk ot other people or new people


i would like to use it for leeches

so i make sure they are not AFK i guess.

MissSuper you using TS3? If so you need TS2.
