i install the game i,create the account , but i cant create any char because it say (this name already exists or contain illegal character) no matter what name i put it will say that

You might be using, characters that are not accepted by the application.
That's really all i can say about it. Possible need Gm assistance.
Have you tried just making a support ticket.

godrazor: Did you try creating a character in all of the character slots? We can only use like 5-6 of them, and you might have been trying the ones we cant use.
