Where do they drop and at what rates?   Ratemyserver and ROEmpire are not accurate.

lava dungeon but i forgot which monster drops it.....

if i am not mistaken the drop rate is 0.05% /ok

Yep Explosion, drop rate I am not sure but Volk says it is 6% in her headgears thread:

it does drop at a fairly decent rate /ok I got plenty when I was there collecting for satan quest, and that wasn't very long.
