How do I make my sin have 190 Aspd with one doppel @.@

You can't compare with other class/weapon which only need 1 Doppel to reach 190aspd.
Remember...you use 2 weapon so it's twice the aspd penalty.

And Poison Bottle doesn't stack with Berserk Pot.
The only way to achieve 190aspd is using only 1 dagger or use Full Adrenaline Rush or others that someone already mentioned.

Or use a Vanberk card/twlight&sandstorm dagger combo and wait until one of them procs?

card combos is a good idea, but i need a card combo that doesn't involve putting cards on my weapons.

it kinda kills the whole point on having 1 doppel.

well with 1 dop and high flee you could get till 180 ++ so won't be that slow as well o.o
