hi im just new here and b4 i download the game
i want to know a few things about this private server. (correct me if im wrong)

is this worldwide server i mean can i play this i live in canada.
and is this really free to play? i play ro b4 long time ago and i need to pay for it.

and if i can play this. can someone guide me about the download thing.
