priest question

i used to have high priest and i remember having instant cast with egga, dev, 2 sting glove , dex+4 rod , bless
and  a kaho  +99 dex  but now its seems to be that i need 3 more points to get IC ...am i missing something?

you probably need to get a higher job lvl to get teh maximum dex bonus.

PS: normal priests cant get enough dex bonus (anymore). so you have to find a way to get that extra 3 dex.

with those gears, you need to have job level 62 to have IC (edit: wait my brain is so small, I could not calculate)
the dex rod only gives +1 dex? I suggest drops card + survivor's rod[1] dex version o__o

According to the Job level given (43), the dex gears given (Kaho, Quad Drops Rod, 2x Sting Gloves), Blessing (presuming you are using level 10), and the base dex you have (99). You should have..

99(Base dex)
6(Job Bonus)
10(Blessing)
4(Quad Drops Rod)
20(Kaho)
10(Sting Glovex2)
 
99+6+10+4+20+10=149

So you are either, 1 Rocker carded armor away from IC or 3 job levels away 

Edit: Make sure you aren't also wearing any -dex gears, like a Kiel carded Headgear or something.
