I've had a support ticket from 2008 that only recently got replies. It was moved to a high GM status on November 9th. Be patient

A lot of people wait 10x longer than you for their resolutions. Not that the admins are doing a bad job at all, but I seems things are slow because there are just too few of them IMO. Too few GMs and a crap load of tickets. GM haine has reviewed my ticket thus far and any admin who works on my problem deserves recognition and 1000 thank yous. It's a nasty one.
edit: I also forgot to mention. My original problem occurred OVER 2 years ago. I made a ticket that sat there for nearly a whole year without a reply. Then I decided to make a new ticket just a few weeks ago and started getting replies. I'm sure some tickets get accidentally overlooked or something. My ticket is technically over 2 years old. :3 Patience is a virtue :DDD
