you just gotta wait since the high gms have a lot to deal with. besides a few day is nothing, My friends been waiting on his High GM response ticket for close to a year -_-

Depends on what your ticket about . Is it scam/lost item ? If you don't have enough evidence it will take not less than 1 year .

Mine get answered in under a day. Ive had accounts temp banned[albeit misunderstanding] and even it took under 5 hours. It comes down to how much evidence/description you give your ticket. If its all "Y I BAN GM? HM?" Expect it to take a bit. If you put everything wrong/questionable youve did, with SS's, itll be over.
