About Valkyrie Randgris Card Function

First question,Increase physical attack strength 10% worked if using Bow?confuse about 'physical attack strength',is it for melee only?
Second question,1% chance auto casting level 1 Dispell,is it hard to activate it and player/monsters which is getting in this Dispell status have any cooldown time to use back any skill or not?

this card is meant for assassin cause they are fast attackers.

I cant answer the first but i can the second I fought an lk with a valk nib before and the proc rate at 190 aspd + frenzy wasnt all to bad xD

It is just like Turtle General's damage increase so yes it will increase anything that turtle general increases now.

For dispell there will be no cool down but it's hard to active it I've tested it myself in RMS . Even with 4 Valk cards 1% is pretty much low chance and it activates only lvl 1 dispell which is a 60% success chance means there will be like 40% of fails .

maybe this valkyrie card function of dispell should be upgraded.how about 3-5% chance to activate?Please GM upgrade it.
