all i used to be able to do was send ads thru the mail as well, but what i do now is buy those visa gift cards that look like credit cards.

it's kinda a rip off because its like $26 for a $25 gift card, but that's close to postage for me so no big deal....

its also much more secure than mail and instantaneous.

you can xfer the $25 from the giftcard into your paypal account(you dont need a credit card to set up an account)
then you can use that money to donate or even buy stuff off ebay O.O etc.....

and i dont have a credit card or bank account.
since i'm only 15 and my friend already send cash to my paypal...
so i dont know what to do now...

Visa Gift Card might be your best bet since you can purchase this in person. I know that there are some grocery stores that will offer Visa/Mastercard gift cards as well and you can purchase them there.

Visa Buxx is also a good way to go if you can talk your parents into giving you your allowance in the form of a Visa Buxx debit card. It works just like a bank card, and they can deposit an amount and you can still use that card like a normal Visa Debit Card and it's also rechargeable. Paypal will also accept this card and allow you to make payments online using it.

Glad to be of help to you! I highly recommend the Visa Buxx card if you can get your parents consent to it btw, otherwise the Visa gift card should be fine. You can obtain it in person at a lot of locations in the US. The thing is that each gift card is different in their verification methods when you want to use it online. Some will allow it, some won't. I have received some gift cards that I just had to go on their site and register the card, but I hear some people can't get it to work at all.

I know the Visa Buxx card works, I have a few underaged friends who use paypal with that card linked to their account, and it works fine. Before signing up for any cards, make sure to ask them if you can use it online and if Paypal will allow that type of card.

Also, a lot of banks have the gift card service, so you can always check it out there when your parents take you to their bank or something.
