HELP !

For some reason i try logging in to view the item shop.
But it kept re-directing me to the login page.
Same goes when I go to "Edit Account".

I can log into RO just fine.
And I'm signed in forums.
I signed off and signed on too.
Nothing just seemed to work.

You need to enter a username for your items to go to before using or viewing the item shop.

The thing is. I did put my ingame account.
And it continues to redirect me right back to the login page.

theres a 3 minute cooldown, you're probably typing the pass wrong, can you log ingame normally?

Try logging into the Edit Account Page using any of your in-game account information, then try getting into the item shop. Instead of going to the item shop to get redirected.

And it did the same exact thing.
It redirected me to the login page.

I deleted my cookies and it still continues to redirect.
I tried using it on another computer. And it didn't happen.
BTW, how do you delete the cache?
I resetted the whole Internet Settings & Deleted all history.
