Up to 24 hours I think.

Just depends when the GMs who do them are online.

like everyone said, 24-48 hours is the best time frame to give.  Obviously it can take a little longer, or a whole lot less.  I'd say the longest it'll take is 48, but if you manage to time your ticket just right (aka get lucky) the uncarding can take as little as an hour or so.

GM Tesla does them pretty quick mines took about a day or less.
