why i cannot update sakray patch?

the update stuck at "patch_allow.txt - 4/4", hope someone can help me!!

Open up that file and make sure it says "allow" in there. If it doesn't, then go ahead and change it. After you save it, right-click on the file, go to properties, and check the read-only box. After that, try running sakray.exe again.
